On August 13, a flash flood occurred in Pengzhou, Sichuan Province.
As of 19:30, the flash flood disaster has caused 4 deaths, 3 serious injuries and 6 minor injuries. The wounded have all been sent to the hospital for treatment, and the provincial and municipal emergency rescue forces have rushed to the scene to participate in the rescue.
Witnesses at the scene said that around 3:15 in the afternoon, someone heard screaming while playing, and then the flash flood washed away the tents and people downstream in dozens of seconds, and some children in the accompanying crowd lost contact.
