  Starting from August 7, passengers with a history of living in an epidemic-related city or county (district) in the province within 7 days will be subject to 7-day 5 inspections on August 13 and August 14 under the premise of strict health management (No. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 days, the sampling time or the result time, the same day or one day ahead), the ticket can be purchased only after the above conditions are met, and the flight to the island can only be boarded after inspection at the airport.

  Starting from August 7, passengers who have no travel history in the province's epidemic-related cities, counties (districts) within 7 days, and 2 negative nucleic acid tests within 48 hours (once a day), can purchase tickets only after meeting the above conditions, and only after inspection at the airport. Outlying islands can be boarded.

  Starting from August 15, the boarding and outlying island inspection policy will be announced separately after evaluation and research.

  The stranded passengers who have one of the following conditions will not return for the time being: positive infection; close contacts and close contacts; passengers stranded in medium and high-risk areas.
