On the evening of August 12, at the exit of Jiangjinnan Expressway in Chongqing, people from all walks of life held white chrysanthemums and pulled up banners with words such as "Mourning the rescue hero Jiang Zhengquan", "Salute to the hero" and "The soul of a good man returns to his hometown". Jiang Zhengquan, a man from Jiangjin, Chongqing, who sacrificed himself to save lives in Shaanxi, "goes home".

The reporter saw at the scene that when the vehicle carrying Jiang Zhengquan's ashes slowly entered the Jiangjinnan Toll Station in Chongqing, the siren was honking, and passing vehicles also honked their horns to mourn.

After leaving the station, Jiang Zhengquan's son held his father's portrait, and his sister held the urn, and slowly got out of the car.

They bowed and thanked those who came to greet them.

Then, the family sent Jiang Zhengquan's ashes to the hearse and drove to the funeral home.
