Last May, on her birthday, she donated KRW 210 million to children and adolescents in need and single-parent families.
In March, 100 million won was donated to Hope Bridge to help residents affected by the Uljin and Samcheok wildfires.
Suzy, a member of the 'Hope Bridge Honors Club', a large donor group, donated 100 million won to Hope Bridge during the 2020 flood.
Hope Bridge Secretary-General Kim Jeong-hee said, "I am deeply grateful for the dedication and help of IU and everyone who gives courage to the neighbors who are in despair."
