This year's ESC was won by Ukraine with the Kalush Orchestra, but the country cannot hold the competition due to the ongoing war.
Great Britain came in second with artist Sam Ryder.
It will be the ninth time that the UK has hosted the music competition.
Four of those times they were the hosts instead of the winning country.
The last time the ESC was held in Great Britain was in 1998, then in Birmingham.
