Omicron is not equivalent to the "big flu", and its transmission is far greater than that of influenza and other variants of the new coronavirus before it.
The existing vaccines have a certain protective effect on the Omicron variant, and can play a good preventive effect on severe cases and death. The general public is requested to actively vaccinate against the new crown vaccine, especially the third booster vaccine.
