The police in Brandenburg are investigating a pensioner for repeated theft of a shopping trolley.
As a police spokeswoman said on Tuesday in Neuruppin, it is a 71-year-old woman from Neustadt (Dosse).
The elderly woman was noticed by the employees of a supermarket because she came regularly to shop and then immediately pushed the goods away with the shopping trolley.
A market employee followed her and found that there were 13 such cars in a yard about 1.5 kilometers away, where the woman probably lives.
The senior citizen did not initially find the police there, but she should now be heard about it, said the spokeswoman.
