In low-risk areas, those who stay in the travel group or stay in the hotel have no positive infection within 7 days; or individual passengers who have not developed clinical symptoms such as fever, dry cough, loss of smell, muscle soreness, etc. in the past 3 days, can board the plane (ship) 3 times in the first 72 hours (once a day) with a negative nucleic acid certificate and a green health code to return.

  3. For medium and high-risk areas, after epidemic prevention and control has been reduced to low-risk areas, Article 2 shall be implemented.

  The notice stated that starting from 6:00 on August 10, the application entrance for outlying islands will be opened at the Hainan Health Code.
