According to statistics from the Korea Central Disaster Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, as of 10 am local time on the 9th, the torrential rain has caused 8 deaths, 6 missing and 14 injured.
The Dorimcheon Stream in Gwanak-gu, Seoul and the Gwanak campus of Seoul National University were severely damaged, and the roads in Seoul National University were washed away.
A reporter from China News Agency went to Gwanak District on the 9th to directly attack the disasters of Do Limcheon and Seoul National University.
