The heat wave continues.
According to Météo France, 18 departments are placed in orange vigilance, mainly in the west of the country.
In these departments, “the heat will increase further on Wednesday.
Minimum temperatures will be on the rise, often between 18 and 21 degrees to the south of the Loire.
Maximum temperatures will still rise by 1 to 2°C.
They will reach 34 to 37°C from the Pays-de-Loire to Poitou-Charentes, and 36 to 38°C generally in the South-West with local peaks at 39 or 40°C”, announces the meteorological institute in his latest newsletter.
