The selected 15 newly created plays include original new plays that sing the main melody and inherit the red gene, modern plays that record the great era, reflect the revitalization of the countryside and common prosperity, and traditional plays that promote the truth, goodness and beauty in the world. The diversified, market-oriented and high-quality development of the company provides fertile soil and display space, which can be described as a big gathering and display of Chinese Yue Opera in Shaoxing, Zhejiang.

  The whole play uses poetic brush and ink to describe Lin Qiaozhi's return from studying in the United States in 1940 to a motherland that was devastated and ravaged by the war of aggression and the smoke of war. The mental journey of snatching, saving and caring for life from the clutches of death and demons.

  Shortly after Lin Qiaozhi returned to China, the Pacific War broke out and the Union Medical College was occupied by the Japanese army.

However, she did not leave, she still decided to stay in Peiping, and opened a clinic in the hutong, thus opening her a legendary experience of practicing medicine in the enemy-occupied area.

After the end of the war of liberation, she could have made other choices, but she still stayed in Peiping and welcomed the birth of a new China with the arrival of a new life.

In 1959, Fanghua Yue Opera Troupe moved from Shanghai to Fujian, and in October 2019 it changed its current name.

  China Yue Opera Art Festival is a national art festival co-sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and permanently settled in Zhejiang.

The festival is a national platform for the exchange and display of Yue Opera art, held every four years.
