A unique experience dedicated by four young Emiratis from different specializations and academic and professional backgrounds, who gathered under the banner of friendship and the tent of dreaming to establish a special project in which they dedicate their interest in food and experiences of various international flavors in a local American chicken kitchen project, with unique Emirati standards and tastes.

The "High Wings" project was launched with the strong determination of its four owners: Ali Al-Mashrebak, Rashid Mohammed Saeed, Youssef Al-Haddad, Mohammed Al-Rahma. They were determined to enter the field of entrepreneurship through the big door, as their dream of establishing a special project in the field of food and restaurants kept their fascination and seeking implementation. .
As for the specialization in the field of restaurants in particular, it was explained by the partners of the “High Wings” project, by their love for the field and their passion for discovering the details of various international cuisines and various recipes, “especially that Dubai is now embracing the most important and famous international restaurants that we had the opportunity to discover their details and their differences, so we were motivated to think about investing our knowledge to implement the idea of an innovative foreign restaurant with unique local tastes.” At the time, the founders of the project stressed that they were enthusiastic to get involved in the field, given the facilities, incentives and encouragements offered by the UAE environment, to establish their own projects and actually launch in the field of trade and entrepreneurship.

Although the idea of establishing an American restaurant project specializing in preparing chicken wings in Dubai may seem circulating at first glance, the “High Wings” project is unique in the idea of providing a new and innovative tasting experience that differs from what is offered in this type of famous restaurants around the world. Its owners assert that “there are many world-famous restaurants that offer chicken wings recipes and are actually prepared to sweep the market, so we thought of dedicating this experience locally, with different ideas and special flavors.
The restaurant has actually been operating in Dubai for a while, gaining the admiration and interest of restaurant goers and lovers of international cuisines. It is also popular with various nationalities, especially the Emiratis, who were attracted to our choices and enthusiastic about the flavors of fresh local chicken wings with the nine different flavors offered by our restaurant, and the unique meat burger ideas. Which is offered by the project and prepared, of course, from the finest types of local (Angus) cows, which are brought from Emirati companies approved in the field.”

Experiences and challenges
In the context of talking about the establishment of the joint venture, the four partners pointed to the great challenges that encountered the beginnings of the journey, most notably the lack of experience and the lack of knowledge of most of them in the field of entrepreneurship, stressing, “Despite our long experience in the field of food and flavors, we come from scientific and professional experiences far from this field. The new, and this in itself is a great challenge that we overcame through research and investigation on the one hand, and consultation and exchange of views on the other hand, and our solid friendship and diverse academic backgrounds helped us to invest our knowledge and expertise in each of us in his field, in developing our project and paying attention to its legal, administrative, financial and even marketing aspects.”

Regarding the conditions and requirements for engaging in the field of entrepreneurship in difficult circumstances for the Emirati youth, the owners of the “High Wings” project assured those looking for investment opportunities in the field of trade and business, that “there are no specific conditions for implementing a new project as important as the presence of the (appropriate idea), if I found the idea and it was logical and feasible, so it is easy to launch smoothly in any project even during the periods of crisis we lived due to the Corona virus, which, in our opinion, created an opportunity for success and prominence, based on our permanent confidence in our recovering economy on the one hand, and a realistic and in-depth feasibility study for the market, which was accompanied with A tight planning of its development stages and an analysis of the situation of its competitors, all of which are steps that formed and still are the keys to launching steadily in any new project and an instrument of guarantee for its continuity and success in the future.

With clear deliberation and steadfastness, the four entrepreneurs are presenting their new project, betting initially on their unlimited confidence in the experiments of their kitchen, which they considered “the cornerstone”, as they say, and their big dreams for its success, whether at the local level by creating more than one branch in the various emirates of the country later, or By elevating it to the ranks of the most famous international cuisines.
To achieve this, High Wings' partners indicated their constant keenness to develop their recipes and follow the highest quality standards in preparing and serving them.
