Recently, due to factors such as multiple rainfalls and the increase of upstream water, the water levels of many rivers in Panjin City, which is located at the mouth of the Bohai Bay, continued to rise, and the Raoyang River ushered in the largest flood since hydrological records.

After the Panjin disaster, Liaoning Province quickly launched an emergency plan for flood control.
Up to now, a total of 47 fire trucks, 228 commanders, 32 rescue boats, and 12 drones have been dispatched from three detachments of the Fire Rescue Corps to the scene to carry out rescue work.

The Natural Disaster Engineering Emergency Rescue Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management immediately commanded and dispatched, and China Eneng Group launched the emergency response mechanism, mobilizing more than 250 professional rescue forces and more than 280 sets of equipment from Beijing, Tangshan, Wuhan, Chengdu and other directions. Perform dike breach sealing tasks.
With the joint efforts of many parties, the collapse was successfully closed on the evening of the 6th.
