Guillaume Gomez seeks to revalorize the French terroir in

Gourmet recipes of fruits and vegetables from our territories.

The former chef of the Élysée has cooked for a quarter of a century for Jacques Chirac, Nicolas Sarkozy, François Hollande and Emmanuel Macron.

He is now an ambassador for gastronomy, and sponsor of the International Year of Fruits and Vegetables.

He answers Frédérique Genot's questions.
