sold this lost property in the Mojave Desert off the market for a whopping $1.1 million, nearly double the $570,000 she paid to acquire it in 2019.
An added value which, according to TMZ, is not surprising, the pandemic having caused a craze for the residences withdrawn like this one.
Unknown to the battalion, the couple who set their sights on this house come from Las Vegas and paid cash.

In recent months, Amber Heard had posted several photos of her near this property on social networks without revealing her location.
But the address was finally made public last May, the actress having been forced to reveal it during the very media trial which opposed her to her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
This may be one of the reasons that led her to part with this 220 square meter home with three bedrooms and as many bathrooms, all located just a few kilometers from Joshua Tree National Park.
The star also needs to find more than $8 million in order to appeal the verdict of his defamation lawsuit.
