[Commentary] Muwende is a "post-90s" guy from Turkey. In 2011, he came to China to study as an exchange student.
After graduation, in order to pursue a more suitable life rhythm, he entered a seed production enterprise in Pingluo County, Shizuishan City, Ningxia.

I didn’t even want to live in that big city. I felt that the pace was too fast, and all aspects were not suitable for my life attitude (state). The situation here is completely different.
In 2017 (I) came here to work and have been living here.
[Explanation] After coming to Ningxia, Mu Wende quickly adapted to this place. Whether it was the living environment or the customs, he felt at home.

The same vegetables and fruits grown in Turkey and China, which I have never seen in the south, but after I came here in Ningxia, I felt the same as that of my hometown (same), the life or enthusiasm of the farmers here, the same as that of my hometown. We are the same in Turkey, (I) find it interesting.
[Explanation] In his daily work, Mu Wende spends several hours in the fields every day, observing dozens of varieties of vegetables and fruits. Although it has been hot in recent days, he still enjoys it.

I especially like my work environment, very comfortable.
Why?
It is because I go to the ground every day, the air is good, and I see new things that attract me and bask in the sun.
I think the process is fine.
[Explanation] Today, Mu Wende has become the company's sales manager in the Middle East. With his mastery of the seed varieties required by different countries, he has opened up a good market.

Our clients have some requirements and we have to meet their requirements.
For example, they need some varieties that are resistant to cold, heat, and (dry) drought.
Then we breed, hybridize, produce varieties according to their requirements, and give them experiments.
Since 2017, some (seed) varieties have been commercialized. For example, Turkey, Iran, Egypt, and Morocco have selected many varieties.
Then there are new countries, and they are still experimenting.
[Explanation] In the future, Mu Wende admitted that he will continue to do his job well and sell Chinese seeds to more parts of the world.
