  For those who came to Shanghai and returned to Shanghai with a history of living in the risk area of ​​the epidemic within 7 days, they will implement "7-day home isolation medical observation" after arriving in Shanghai, and implement the corresponding frequency of new coronavirus nucleic acid testing.

If the conditions for home isolation medical observation are not available, centralized isolation medical observation shall be adopted.

  For those who came to Shanghai and returned to Shanghai with a history of living in low-risk areas within 7 days, they should complete 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arriving in Shanghai, and conduct health monitoring.

  Medical institutions, schools and other relevant units will strengthen the inspection of health codes, and assist staff and students returning to Shanghai to implement corresponding health management measures.

  At the same time, the general public is reminded not to go to the domestic epidemic risk area unless it is necessary, and not to leave the country unless it is necessary.
