Recently, some citizens encountered some similar problems in the process of using the group code. The Guangdong Provincial Government Service Data Administration released news on the 5th to officially answer some problems through social accounts.
This year, the Guangdong Provincial Affairs APP officially launched the group code function, and large-scale health information data such as the Yuekang code and nucleic acid test results of group members such as enterprises and schools can be collected in real time.
While ensuring personal privacy and security, it also meets the needs of managers for the health management of members under their jurisdiction.
Some citizens put forward: if one person does not have nucleic acid, will all the staff turn yellow code?
The Guangdong Provincial Government Service Data Administration replied that it would not.
On the "epidemic prevention requirements" or "group settings" page, the group code administrator can set prompt conditions based on the status of the Yuekang code and the time of nucleic acid test results. If a group member encounters a relevant situation, a prompt to the group code administrator will be triggered.
The administrator does not have the power to assign a yellow code, and it is even more impossible to change the Yuekang code of all employees into a yellow code through the group code.
The status of the group management interface only serves as a reminder to the administrator, and has no effect on the Yuekang code of group members.
Some citizens asked: Some members of the group have red and yellow codes, will it affect other members?
The Guangdong Provincial Government Service Data Administration said it would not affect.
Yuekang Code has strict process requirements to standardize the operation of assigning red and yellow codes. It is not possible to assign codes or batch codes to other members of Yuekang Code through group codes.
For example, when the school is on summer vacation and the children go home, the group code will not be used to assign codes to the whole class of children and parents.
Some citizens asked: After joining the group, do I have to scan the code every day to go to work?
Guangdong Provincial Government Service Data Administration explained: No.
There is no follow-up code scanning requirement except that members need to scan the code when joining the group through the invitation link.
On the contrary, it can reduce the daily health declaration work of schools and enterprises themselves, without requiring members to take screenshots and send group statistics every day.
Some citizens asked: Will group codes reveal privacy?
The Guangdong Provincial Government Service Data Administration stated that it would not. The group code has been desensitized to sensitive information such as personal ID card numbers according to regulations, and it does not have the function of track recording.
How do group members leave the group?
If a group member wants to leave the group, he or she can select the group to be withdrawn from the "Joined Groups" on the group code list page, and click "Exit Group" in "My Member Information" at the bottom of the group information page.
