In eastern Congo-Kinshasa, the UN confirms that, for ten months, the Rwandan army has been launching attacks, sometimes directly, other times alongside the M23 rebels.
Reaction from a figure in Congolese civil society, political science professor Alphonse Maindo, who teaches at the University of Kisangani and at the University of Paris 1. He is also a human rights defender who was almost arrested two months ago by the military authorities in Kisangani.
