Please live, and please live.

On the 4th episode of SBS' 'The Story of Biting the Tail' (hereinafter 'Kkokomu'), the 'Chilgok Stepmother Child Abuse Death Case' was highlighted under the subtitle 'The Young Suspect and the Secret Contract'.

In August 2013, a housewife in Daegu received a phone call.

It was his younger brother who called to deliver the shocking news that his daughter and Mr. Han's nephew had died.

And he said that his daughter died suddenly due to his family history, and Han was puzzled by this.

And after a while, more shocking news arrives.

The cause of the death of 8-year-old Sowon was not due to a chronic disease, but abuse, and the abuse was none other than Sowon's sister's voice.

Sori calmly told the police what he had committed.

He himself hit and kicked his brother's stomach, which led to his death.

Hannah could not hide her shock at this.

In the end, Sori was handed over to a juvenile trial on the charge of homicide, and at the trial he admitted the charge.

And in the process, it was revealed that Sori's stepmother also abused the children.

So Sori filed a petition to the judge asking for the release of her mother.

And Sori's aunt Han, who was watching this, sensed that something was hidden and decided to listen to Sori's story.

But Sori was not the child her aunt knew.

The sound was avoided by her aunt saying it was scary and he didn't try to say anything.

Still, her aunt believed the voice.

Then, she collected her data and commissioned it to lawyer Myung-sook Lee, who specializes in child cases.

Lawyer Lee Myung-sook took on the case of Sori and Sowon and met an 8-year-old boy in a dream.

The child in her dreams, she said, was killed by her stepmother by stepping on her, and her lawyer promised her that she would hold her child wholeheartedly and relieve her child's chagrin.

And the attorney looked at her data and was convinced that the culprit in this case was not sound.

Experts also analyzed Sowon's wounds, saying, "It is a wound that an adult can step on with all his might."

She also said she saw Sori's behavior toward her stepmother at the time of the statement that she seemed to be sending the message, "Mom, did I do well? Don't hate me because I did what you said." There seems to be, she said.

The aunt, Han, felt that separating her child from her father was a priority.

So, Han started psychotherapy for Sori and separated the child from her biological father.

And he knocked on the door of his heart every day in search of a sound.

As time passed, the sound gradually opened the door to his heart and called his aunt first.

However, the number of calls was made day and night, and the demands varied.

The aunt guessed it was time to see if Sori could trust her aunt.

And the aunt did not get tired and did whatever the voice told her to do.

In the end, Sori completely opened her heart and became closer to her aunt as before.

Then one day she asked her aunt, Sori, "Am I not seeing my mother anymore?"

Then her aunt said, "She may not see me forever," and Sori called her delight by saying, "Aww."

Seven months after she lost her wish, Sori poured out the stories of the past.

As if just talking about her daily life, she confessed that she was abused by her stepmother.

The aunt consulted with her lawyer, and the lawyer immediately told him to record it.

So, the voice recorded that day was released.

Her voice did not stop revealing what her stepmother had done to herself and her wish.

She took water in the bathtub and put their heads in and out, forced the children to open their mouths and fed them 10 cheongyang peppers, strangled their necks, and tied the children to the stairs with a skipping rope.

She also made her crouch on the stairs and then poured hot water on her back.

And, until I kicked my tooth down the stairs, the unimaginable torture that was nothing more than torture took place for over a year.

The children's stepmom made it a habit to put her children in a drum washing machine and press her power button to spin the washing machine.

Then why have the children been silent until now?

Why couldn't she tell her aunt, who took care of them like her own child for five years?

The children's stepmom gaslighted the children, often saying bad things about their aunts, saying to them, "Your aunt hates you so much. You are here because your aunt abandoned you."

He also spread bad rumors about her aunt to the children's school and around her, and the children lost trust in her aunt.

If so, couldn't it have been better to ask other adults for help?

In fact, Sori had been living with her stepmother for about four months, and she asked for help at the police box.

She sent her SOS message saying it was hard for her stepmom to beat her too much.

However, the police conducted a three-way meeting with her and questioned her stepmother of her abuse, claiming that her stepmother was her discipline.

As a result, the police believed only her stepmother's words and left, and the sound that day continued until she had a nosebleed.

It was similar after that.

She called for her help over and over again, but she eventually forced her to return home, and each time she did so, she suffered even more severe abuse from her stepmom.

The sound has become her learning.

If she said that she would be more beaten and then might die.

In the end, the voice shut its mouth like that.

The children gave up at the thought that no matter how hard she tried, nothing would change and there was no one to help them.

And I came to think that it would not end unless someone dies.

The day Sowon died, what happened that day?

Sori stated that her stepmother, not herself, hit Sowon.

She was watching TV, and when she heard a sound, she realized that her stepmother had pushed Sowon hard, and she stepped on Sowon with her feet as she fell.

In particular, she said that her stepmom stomped on Sowon's belly with her heel about ten times, and she couldn't stop her voice as she watched all this.

Because if she dries up, she might become the same as herself.

Sowon complains to her stepmother that her stomach hurts after being beaten by her stepmother.

At this, the stepmom stopped her and hit her on the stomach with her fist.

She yelled at her not to cry because it was noisy, so Sowon could barely hold back her crying.

Because she's better off crying.

Sowon, who was beaten and punished all night, eventually lost consciousness and collapsed.

But no one took Sowon to the hospital.

So was his father, who was at home.

Why couldn't Sori tell her dad about her stepmother's abuse?

In response, Sori said, "My father finally has a loved one. He didn't want to break the family, so I couldn't tell him."

Then, why did the bystander and another assailant, my father, remain so silent?

In response, the children's aunt directly asked the children's father, who was her brother.

Then he said incomprehensible words that sounded to reduce her wife's sentence to have committed her crime.

It is said that it is not a big deal if she says that she is a young boy.

Then he said that both her wife and the sound were pitiful.

Angry at this, Mr. Han asked, "Aren't you sorry for your dead daughter?" But he was silent.

The synopsis of the day was as follows.

After Sowon held her funeral, the stepmother who sang her voice separately.

He said, "You've had many fights with Sowon. So let's say you beat Sowon on that day as well." He wrote the script and even practiced it.

And the father said to Sori, "Do you want to see So-won?" and showed a video just before So-won died, threatening him.

In response, Sori did not want to die, and her wish was not to be like this, and she followed the advice of her parents.

The trial held seven months after Sowon's death, and protests were held daily in front of the courthouse, demanding the murder of her stepmother.

But it was not accepted.

The reason was that there was no precedent for applying the crime of murder to a child abuse death case.

Eventually, prosecutors charged her stepmother with homicide.

And Sori stood in court as a witness.

Her stepmom and her dad, who denied her own allegations to the end.

They would have been saved if they had taken them to the hospital sooner, but when asked why they didn't, they gave a shocking answer, "It was the Liberation Day holiday, so if I went to the emergency room, the hospital bills were high, so I didn't take them."

First trial verdict, stepmom sentenced to 10 years in prison and dad 3 years in prison.

Both sides immediately appealed.

In the second trial, she was also charged with child abuse for her voice and was sentenced to 15 and 4 years in prison, respectively, which was the same as the final decision of the Supreme Court.

Sorry for Sowon.

He said, "When I am reborn, I want to say that I will live well with her older sister. I want you to be born as my daughter."

Victims of child abuse refer to themselves as survivors.

Survivors who survive abuse and live in a new world without parents.

How is Survivor Sori doing now?

Fortunately, Sori was adopted by a family and was living with her new mother.

So-ri's new mother was Han, who was the children's aunt in the past.

Han conveyed her apologetics to Sowon, who failed to keep her, and said, "Your sister, I will raise you well. I couldn't be a mother to you, but I will be a mother to Sori."

Mr. Han said that she would not be able to live on her own if she didn't adopt, she said, and she said that she seemed to be in a relationship that stood up to each other as if she were a human being, and caught her attention.

Having a talent for painting, Sori is an art therapist's dream.

That she wants to paint a picture that comforts children who have been hurt like herself.

Such a voice sent a letter to her little one.

She said she misses her brother so much and misses the sound.

But she can clearly remember the appearance of the assailant, but she can't remember anything about her brother, and she was heartbroken.

She said that she hoped she would surely survive to her friends in a similar situation.

She also prayed that she would win them last.

But contrary to the wishes of her voice, the number of children being abused continued to increase.

There were over 30,000 child abuse cases a year, and more than 40 children died each year.

And child abuse laws grew little by little after the sacrifice of children.

In response, the broadcast emphasized, "We must be good watchers," who look out for children in need around us and do not turn away.

And it attracted attention by earnestly praying that the law would grow out of the interest of everyone, not the blood of children anymore.
