This was stated to RIA Novosti by the general director of the film network Alexei Vasyasin.

“Yes, there will be essentially a Russian film, a break and video materials, there will be some Hollywood content under the video materials,” he said, noting that the total duration of the session will be four hours.

According to him, both films will be screened in their entirety, with Hollywood content being shown "as video footage that does not require a rental license."

Previously, the Association of Theater Owners asked to remove from theaters the responsibility for showing Hollywood films without a distribution certificate.

Member of the organization Roman Isaev, during a conversation with RT, explained that in the current legislative space, cinemas can be subject to administrative and criminal liability for broadcasting unlicensed tapes.
