Companion suicide is the language of the perpetrators.

On the 30th SBS 'I want to know' (hereafter 'Gal'), the subtitle 'Why do I have to die - The story of the surviving children' shed light on the 'death after the murder of a child'.

A family in the shape of a missing Joe was found at Songgok Port in Wando in June.

Earlier, at the end of May, Yang's homeroom teacher was worried about a student who did not return to school after the promised experiential learning period, and reported the disappearance.

As a result of the investigation that began, one month after reporting the disappearance, a family member, including Yang, was found dead.

As a result of the autopsy, sleeping pills were found in all of his family, and it was revealed that he committed suicide after killing Cho Yang for financial reasons.

In June 2021, a year before Yang was murdered, Jang Ha-yeon's father found his daughter and wife dead at home.

Ms. Jang, who stated that her wife appears to have committed suicide with her daughter.

However, as a result of the investigation, it was revealed that Jang killed his wife and child and attempted suicide, but only Jang survived.

The decisive clue is Jang's DNA found on Ha-yeon's nails.

At the moment of his death, it was the evidence that Ha-yeon, who resisted his father, left behind.

Ha-yeon's parents who said they loved their daughter more than anyone else.

However, they did not want to see the message that Ha-yeon wants to live.

In the end, Jang was sentenced to 12 years in prison for murdering his daughter and aiding in the death of his wife.

In the 20 years since 2019, there have been 247 cases of suicide after the murder of a child reported in the media.

Why did parents brutally murder their children without listening to them?

The production crew met a woman who was going to make an extreme choice with her child.

She said the perpetrator, this woman, may have forgotten the moment, but when she saw the news related to her, she felt like she was back in those days, she said.

He said, "I was going to drop her child out. Then she might have dropped her if she cried. But then she felt like she had been hit by a child suddenly saying I love her mom." I remember the reason for the change.

He also said that he saw the act of that time as a punishment for her life and that she was living day to day.

However, at the time, he said, "I thought that a child could not think, make a decision, or judge anyway. To be honest, she was more important to me than the child."

The expert analyzed, "If you are discouraged, it becomes a tunnel vision. In that situation, you think that this should be the case."

The parents of the perpetrators of the Wando incident have repeatedly searched for things related to suicide and sleeping pills since last May.

And they jumped into the sea at the time when the sea level was the highest.

They did not think about the future of the child just by thinking that they must succeed.

Father Jang, who was sentenced for aiding and killing suicide, wrote a suicide note expressing his desperate feelings for his daughter before the murder.

But it did not reach her daughter.

The expert said, "She doesn't see the child as a decision-maker. She only sees it as something that needs to be loved and only the property of her family."

So, what do children think?

As a result, the production team met with victims who survived a suicide attempt after the murder of their parents.

The informant said, "I can't live without a stabilizing agent even now, at the age of 41," said the informant honestly, "It's not that I can't remember when I'm young.

Another informant recalled her mother, who loved her dearly as a child, and said, "I don't know how her mother, who was hurting her heart even with her small wounds, was able to chase after her with her sword." did.

He also expressed his displeasure as to why he had never asked his doctor.

One informant who was threatened with his life not once, but several times until he succeeded.

He tried to understand his parents, saying, "I think he was afraid of being alone and wanted to gain courage through me."

Nevertheless, he drew attention by saying, "But it is clearly abuse and an attempted murder."

The expert pointed out that many perpetrators and parents are forgetting, "It is a right to live. Parents cannot undermine this right of children."

Also, about the children not recognizing the signs of their parents, it was analyzed that "the last best gift or showing how you are doing is difficult to detect danger."

Among suicides after family killing, more than half of children are killed because of the risky idea that the perpetrators do not think that killing their children is a crime.

Also, it is a crime that occurs a lot in Korea and Japan, and in family-oriented countries, so Japan was trying to improve awareness by indicating that children are the subjects of their own lives in the Child Protection Act.

And experts emphasized the need for social efforts to help the perpetrators, who were in an isolated situation that could not reach out to anyone, get out of the crisis state.

In fact, he said that it was because of the interest around him that the parents who were trying to kill their children and commit suicide were able to change their minds.

He said, "Everyone asked me for help. Thanks to the interest and affection of those around me, I changed my mind."

And he continued to apologize to the children who were victims, trying not to forget his mistakes.

Lastly, the broadcast emphasized that the first thing to do is to change the perception of child murder, saying that various methods should be found so that children are not sacrificed because of their parents.

He also released a ruling on suicide after the murder of his child.

Regarding suicide after killing a child, the ruling said, "I cannot hear the statements of the children who were killed. Accompanying suicide is the language of the perpetrators. In the language of the child, it is murder, and even in the language of the law, it is an obvious murder." Infringement attracted attention.
