  Magnesium sulfate is a basic chemical raw material, commonly used in ecological agriculture, sewage treatment, electronic materials and biomedicine and other industries.

Although my country is a big producer of magnesium sulfate, its products are mainly concentrated in the middle and low-end, and high-end products mainly rely on imports.

Deng Jiawei had a bold idea, "If chemical waste can be used to produce magnesium sulfate, it will not only generate economic benefits but also protect the environment."

With the support of his family and friends, Deng Jiawei collected more than 8 million yuan of start-up capital. On October 15, 2016, the construction of Hunan Xingmeiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully completed.

  At the beginning of the business, Deng Jiawei was troubled by the endless problems.

Funds are limited, the equipment in the early stage of the factory is mainly second-hand equipment, and there are many problems; the equipment is not suitable, and the output and quality are not up to standard; in addition, the company is located in a small county in Yueyang City, and it is difficult to retain excellent talents; more importantly, the company still faces The technical bottleneck is that upstream companies produce different products and the composition of waste sulfuric acid is also different. It is necessary to carry out real-time and precise control of the production process to ensure stable product quality.

The company once faced a crisis of survival due to unstable product quality, many customer complaints, and serious product backlog.

  Deng Jiawei did not expect that the gap between modern large-scale production and the school laboratory is so great that he can do it well in the laboratory, but in real production, he can only sum up experience and lessons from repeated failures. He just graduated from the burden. great psychological pressure.

  Under the comfort of his parents, Deng Jiawei overcame difficulties step by step, organized the team to transform the production process day and night, optimize parameters, and finally increased the success rate of the reaction stage in the production line from 40% to 95%.
