Since its establishment in 2008, K11 brand has been established in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan and other places successively, bringing huge flow of people and considerable tax revenue to the local area.
The TOD commercial area of Wetland Park is about 95,000 square meters and is expected to open from the end of 2025 to the beginning of 2026.

The Wetland Park TOD project is striving to build a 600,000-square-meter "miniature three-dimensional city" in the south of Wuyuan Bay: a three-dimensional slow-moving system is used to connect high-end residential, commercial, business office, apartment and other multi-functional formats, and the underground is connected to rail transit , the ground is connected with the urban public space, the air is connected with the micro-city, the urban context, and directly reaches the mountain-sea trail and wetland park.
