They are not yet qualified and yet their job is already exhausting them, even killing them.

In France, medical interns represent 40% of medical staff in hospitals.

Half-doctor, half-student, some work more than 80 hours a week, and all are confronted with the violence of the medical world on a daily basis. Since the beginning of 2021, at least 7 interns have committed suicide, victims of overwork , pressure, harassment, lack of psychological support...
