During the summer period, all the fans are waiting for the movements of the administrations of their clubs, and with the high summer heat, the clubs began to announce deals for players from citizens and foreigners, and the indicators of competition changed between day and night, and without a doubt the fans build hopes, and restore confidence in their administrations in light of the results of last season. And based on the changes that these administrations are seeking to prepare for the current season, and are afraid that they will be wishes, and just changes to contain the public anger, and without a doubt, the masses do not hate people as much as they hate random work, and sometimes the choices are excellent, but the implementation fails , which causes crises and pressures that hinder work completely, and enter the stage of scapegoating or victimization, and during my analysis of some of the fans’ demands, the most important of which is stability and not championships, they aspire from the managements of their clubs logical planning and evaluation.

The fans have the right to be proud of their administrations, players, technical and administrative staff, because all of them, with mass solidarity, form the personality of the team or entity, and I always focus on the departments, not to search for the accused in the failure, but because it is the main element in planning and choosing tools, and who approves budgets, and the supervisor On all operations, because the team without the management personality, even if it is a competitor, will not continue, because the entity’s personality is linked to all the elements of the entity, and the focus on departments does not exempt the local or foreign players from contributing to supporting the entity to which they belong, and providing better What they have, and to be intellectually professional, through their commitment in the green rectangle and beyond, in respect and appreciation for the efforts of their administrations, and with love for the masses who are waiting for them to perform combatively to represent the entity they love.

Since all our clubs are in the preparation stage and preparation camps for the upcoming competitions in the local or Asian championships, and certainly every administration is working to achieve its goals according to its capabilities, and our wishes in the sports street from fans and the media, that we see competitions worthy of the clubs and their fans, without a doubt. The first and last benefactor will be the Emirates football.
