Aichi Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that 11,514 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
Announcements of new infections in the prefecture have exceeded 10,000 people for five consecutive days.
Aichi Prefecture also announced that three infected people have died.
The number of infected people who died in Aichi Prefecture is now 2,120.
