Combined with epidemiological investigations, it was found that the case had a history of contact with new coronary pneumonia patients outside Chengdu, and the source of the infection was clear.

According to the current epidemiological progress and sequencing results, it is clear that the "7.22" epidemic and the "7.15" epidemic are two independent transmission chains that are not related to each other.

The case was exposed at the same time as a local case of new coronary pneumonia in the field on July 18.

I drove to Chengdu in the early morning of July 21, and had a certain trajectory of activity. In the afternoon, I participated in the mixed-pipe sampling of willingness to check and fully. In the early morning of the 22nd, the mixed-sampling was reported to be abnormal, and it was immediately included in the isolation control. On the same day, the nucleic acid test was positive.

As of 14:00 on the 23rd, Chengdu has reported 22 related cases, including 5 confirmed cases and 17 asymptomatic infections.

Except for the first case, the rest were detected from close contacts, 18 of whom had a shared exposure history with the first case in the same workplace, and 3 were exposed to the same space in a hall near the company of the first case.

At present, this round of epidemic has delineated 6 high-risk areas, 4 medium-risk areas, and 4 low-risk areas.
