The second batch of herdsmen who have been relocated to high altitudes in Tibet will start from Doma Township, Shuanghu County, and head to the Senburi resettlement site in Gonggar County, Shannan City, which is 1,000 kilometers away to start a new life, while Shuanghu County will gradually return to the embrace of wild animals.

Due to the high-cold and hypoxic natural environment in Doma Township, Shuanghu County, the local herdsmen have a high incidence of congenital heart disease, and almost all the resident elderly suffer from diseases such as hypertension and gout. The altitude of Senburi is lower than that of Doma Township. About 1000 meters will be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of these diseases.

Schools, hospitals and markets are readily available in the Senburi resettlement site.
