More and more companies are abandoning classic interviews and offering candidates the opportunity to take part in "Escape games", games in which the aim is to escape from a room in a limited time and by collecting clues, or to play video games.

This is the case of McDonalds or Ikea.

This method would make it possible to meet the needs of a tight labor market.
