Life imprisonment instead of the death penalty for an Egyptian who killed a Kuwaiti citizen

The Kuwaiti Court of Cassation annulled the death sentence for an Egyptian expatriate who killed a citizen in the Khaitan region, and again sentenced him to life imprisonment.

The accused had rented from the victim a room in Khaitan, then a dispute broke out between them, so he pushed and stabbed him with a knife, and stole his car and phone after he died, and the accused was convicted of death before the Court of Appeal.
