Maraya Art Center, the non-profit creative initiative of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), which supports emerging artists and designers in the region, will host Summer Camp 2022, which includes a series of creative and artistic workshops for children during the period from 25-30 March.

This year's session comes from the camp under the title "Let's Build", and is dedicated to teaching children between 7 and 12 years old how to design integrated artistic scenes using individual designs.

The materials used in the workshops range from balloons, bricks, and handicraft supplies, as well as traditional artistic means, such as painting and mixed media.

The summer camp program includes a series of workshops on impressionist and point-painting techniques, one of which is supervised by the artist Zara Mahmoud, who is currently organizing a solo exhibition at the Maraya Art Center.

The summer camp, which lasts six days, concludes with a workshop specialized in the all-new non-fungible token technology, in addition to teaching children how to create digital artworks under the supervision of the UAE-based non-fungible token platform Morro Collective.
