In the accident, Jin Mou (male, 44 years old) collided with the electric bicycle riding by Chen Moumou (male, 22 years old).
The circular pointed out that after carrying out on-site inspection, video extraction, vehicle inspection, questioning parties and witnesses, checking communication records, inspection and identification and other investigation and evidence collection work, it was confirmed that Jin did not pay attention to the left side when driving a motor vehicle to change lanes and start. Road traffic conditions, and improper measures were taken in case of dangerous emergencies, resulting in Chen Moumou's injury and damage to the three vehicles to varying degrees. His behavior was the direct cause of the traffic accident.
After preliminary investigation, Jin collided with the electric bicycle and the middle guardrail on the left side of the car when he started driving, scraped the vehicle behind when reversing, and then moved forward and hit Chen again due to improper operation.
The driver of the vehicle involved Jin, male, 44 years old, from Sichuan, rented in an urban village in Nanshan District, mainly engaged in casual labor in construction and decoration, and obtained a C1 driving license for motor vehicles in July 2019; the vehicle involved was a black Volkswagen Lavida, the price is 140,000 yuan (payment in installments), purchased in November 2021, and the owner is Jin himself.
The electric bicycle rider Chen Moumou, male, 22 years old, from Guangxi, a takeaway rider, was sent to the hospital in time for treatment after the accident, and was judged to have a minor injury at the first level, and the injury is stable.
The notification stated that before the accident, the two did not know each other and had never had contact. After the accident, Jin got out of the car and called 110, 120 and the insurance company successively; the traffic police conducted a breath alcohol test on Jin at the scene, and the result was 0mg /100ml, and then took it to the case handling area of the traffic police brigade for urine testing. The result was negative, and there was no drink-driving or drug-driving.
