Every summer in Paris, the Prefecture of Police launches its "Tourism Plan", for two and a half months.
Objective: to fight against insecurity in places very frequented by tourists.
This plan mobilizes police officers in the districts where the Eiffel Tower and the Opera are located, in Montmartre, on the banks of the Seine and in the Latin Quarter.
These patrols have a special feature: they are accompanied by European police officers.
