Heat wave: the homeless face the heat

Temperatures reached historic records in France at the start of the week.
Among the populations who suffer the most from dehydration, there are homeless people, especially since associations sometimes close during the holidays.
Contrary to popular belief, the street is no easier to live with in summer than in winter.
