Actor Franck Dubosc briefly put on Patrick Chirac's tight swimming trunks to join in the general sadness after the announcement of the destruction by the flames of Camping de la Dune, better known as

des Flots Bleus since the theatrical release of the first part of the

trilogy in 2006.

Located at the foot of the Dune du Pilat, the emblematic holiday resort was evacuated on Tuesday July 12 when the mega fire of Teste-de-Buch broke out.

It is unfortunately one of the five campsites in the sector whose Gironde prefecture announced the destruction “90%” by the flames on Monday July 18.

Le Pyla-Camping, which footballer Mathieu Valbuena has co-owned since 2013, suffered the same fate.
