According to the official WeChat news of the Guangxi Health and Health Commission, from 0-24:00 on July 18, Guangxi added 134 local confirmed cases (all in Beihai City, including 91 in Haicheng District and 28 in Yinhai District). 49 cases of asymptomatic infection were converted into confirmed cases (all in Beihai City), 109 cases of asymptomatic infection (104 cases in Beihai City, including 58 cases in Haicheng District) 31 cases in Yinhai District, 14 cases in Hepu County, and 1 case in Tieshangang District; 2 cases in Dongxing City, Fangchenggang; 1 case in Qingxiu District, Nanning City; 1 case in Liujiang District, Liuzhou City; and 1 case in Pubei County, Qinzhou City).
2 cases of local asymptomatic infections (both in Beihai City) were released from isolation and medical observation on the same day.
As of 24:00 on July 18, there were 202 local confirmed cases (all in Beihai) and 553 local asymptomatic infections (516 in Beihai, 16 in Fangchenggang, 13 in Nanning, and 13 in Chongzuo). 3 cases, 2 cases in Qinzhou City, 1 case in Liuzhou City, 1 case in Guilin City, and 1 case in Hezhou City).
On the same day, 1 newly imported confirmed case (Fangchenggang City, asymptomatic infection turned into a confirmed case), 4 overseas imported asymptomatic infections (all in Chongzuo City), and the isolation medical observation was lifted from overseas imported asymptomatic infections 5 cases (4 cases in Chongzuo City and 1 case in Fangchenggang City).
There are 1 confirmed case imported from abroad (Fangchenggang City), and 35 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad (32 cases in Chongzuo City and 3 cases in Qinzhou City).
On the same day, 623 new close contacts were added, 193 close contacts were released from isolation medical observation, and there were 6,514 close contacts.
A total of 1,852 confirmed cases have been reported in the region, 1,647 have been cured and discharged, 2 have died, and 203 are currently under treatment.
