Chrissy Teigen celebrates her first year of sobriety
Chrissy Teigen congratulated herself in her Instagram Story for a good reason: the star is indeed celebrating a year of sobriety!
She shared a screenshot of an application tracking her progress and she is actually 365 days without alcohol.
“I sometimes miss being a little out of the way and carefree, but to be honest, towards the end, it wasn't so much fun.
I drank a lot to end the anxiety which mostly disappeared… when I stopped drinking!
“, she says in a video posted on her Instagram page.

Lady Gaga has kicked off her Chromatica tour, which is due to take place at the Stade de France next Sunday, in Germany this weekend, and the singer is thrilled.
As she explains in a video posted on Instagram, she does not suffer from pain related to her fibromyalgia, and is happy to be in good health for the launch of her concert series.
“I really want to thank you for supporting me and loving me through all the different iterations of my art and me as a person.
I feel better today than I have in a long time and the pain is less than in ages.
Not having pain on stage is a real healing experience because I'm able to dance and sing and enjoy the audience, the concert and really tell a story,” she explains.
