Horizontal bar Olympic champion Fabian Hambüchen and his partner Viktoria got married.
The couple said yes at the weekend at the Wetzlar registry office in Hesse, as reported by the magazine "Bunte" and the "Bild" newspaper.
"The yes made our love even stronger," the 34-year-old gymnastics star was quoted as saying in the "Bild" newspaper.
Hambüchen's management initially did not confirm the wedding to the German Press Agency.
Hambüchen shared photos and videos from the celebration on his Instagram account.
In one clip, the groom in a suit vest dances to rap music on his hands.
Group pictures show the bridal couple with their guests.
The 2016 Olympic champion proposed to his girlfriend while on vacation in the Maldives in January.
"It was exactly as I had always imagined and wished for," he said in "Bunte".
