In March 2020, he was appointed as the director of Beihai Municipal Health Commission.
Su Kuangfeng, male, Han nationality, born in April 1975, served as deputy county magistrate of Hepu County, deputy secretary general of Beihai Municipal People's Government, and director of Beihai Municipal Oceanographic Bureau. In May 2021, he was elected as the Haicheng District People's Government District long.
On July 12, the first asymptomatic infection was confirmed in Haicheng District, Beihai City.
In the next few days, the North Sea epidemic broke out, including 161 new local asymptomatic infections on the 14th, 9 new local confirmed cases and 232 local asymptomatic infections on the 16th.
According to the Beihai Municipal Health Commission's report on the 17th, as of 24:00 on July 16, there were 9 local confirmed cases in Beihai City (7 in Haicheng District, 1 in Yinhai District, and 1 in Hepu County), and local asymptomatic infections. 444 cases (342 in Haicheng District, 74 in Yinhai District, 4 in Tieshangang District, and 24 in Hepu County).
