After performing the above operations, the reporter was pulled into a group called "Dipper Funds Sharing Group", which contained a small number of candid videos and pictures.
At this time, a message from @all members popped up: "The preview group only shows a few videos for everyone to experience. If you want to see more exciting content, you can directly privately chat with the group owner and join the paid SVIP group."
In order to investigate further, the reporter joined the SVIP group and found that, different from the previous "buying fund sharing group" with thousands of members, the SVIP group only has more than 300 people, but more than 200 people have recently been online or online, and the group has uploaded candid videos. There are more than 1,000 articles, and they are updated at a frequency of twenty or thirty articles every day.

The reporter saw that these candid videos are mostly short videos of women's skirts taken in subways, supermarkets, auto shows and other places.
From the camera point of view, most of the candid photographers are following the victim, waiting for an opportunity behind them.
At the same time, there are also some candid videos from hotel rooms and bedrooms of private houses. The time in the lower right corner of the video shows that most of them were taken in the past two years.
An online shop owner who specializes in refitting mobile phone cameras told reporters that in public places, the success rate of candid photography is high during commuting hours or when there are many people, and people's attention is distracted. The success rate is much higher than that of ordinary mobile phones.
During the investigation, the reporter found that some candid photography groups were also classified according to "special hobbies", with the themes of "toilet photography", "hotel photography" and "bath photography".
The group owner will also provide discounts to those who have purchased the "Sneak Photo Membership" qualification. For example, after a reporter joins the SVIP group, an administrator sends a private message saying that they can enter the "Toilet Photo" group with a 40% discount.

Where do these candid videos come from?
It is understood that there are criminals who specialize in secretly photographing and selling videos, some people specialize in purchasing and collecting secretly photographed videos, and some people exchange them by uploading their own secretly photographed "works".
An "industry insider" told reporters that his picture package resources were purchased from an "industry tycoon" who specializes in secretly photographing models and Internet celebrities, and a set of resources can be sold for more than 6,000 yuan; Specializing in people who shoot skirts in the streets and public places.

On an e-commerce platform, the reporter searched for "miniature", "pinhole camera" and "camouflage camera" and found dozens of online stores selling pinhole cameras, which sold all kinds of pinhole cameras.
According to these online stores, pinhole cameras can be disguised in various items, such as power strips, thermos bottles, car keys, humidifiers, shampoo, etc.
The reporter contacted the customer service of one of the online stores, and the other party soon sent a picture of a pinhole camera.
The customer service told reporters: These pinhole cameras can be monitored in real time when there is a network, and can be recorded and played back when there is no network; some need to go back to the place where they are placed to receive the video, and some can be downloaded directly through the corresponding software.
In order to avoid platform supervision, some online stores have the content on the cover image "contact customer service to see the picture", and there is no physical display.
Some online stores "sell dog meat with sheep's heads" and use other products instead of pinhole cameras. Only when you consult customer service will you get the real information on the items sold.
In addition, there are stores that claim to be able to refit the mobile phone camera, costing 1,200 to 3,000 yuan, and most brands of mobile phones on the market can refit the front camera to the top for candid photography.
The reporter's investigation found that there are still cases of purchasing the right to use the candid camera equipment online.
A trafficker told reporters that their candid videos are updated in real time, and the cameras are placed on the bed, massage chair, etc., "After purchasing the right to use the pinhole camera, you can watch recent videos or even live broadcasts. What you get depends on your luck, it may be daily life at home, and there are some beautiful pictures, you know."
After the investigation is over, the reporter will report it through the platform system as soon as possible.
The customer service told reporters that the platform will generally impose penalties such as closing stores for merchants selling contraband.
Within 24 hours after the report, the platform sent the reporter a notification that the processing was completed. The reporter found that the product link that was reported before was clicked again. Other pinhole camera products can still be browsed and purchased as normal.
Some merchants told reporters that they are not afraid of being reported at all, and they all use a small account to register anyway; even if they are reported to be taken off the shelves and the store closed, they can open another online store with another account.
In fact, the sale and use of pinhole cameras are already suspected of breaking the law.

Hu Yunyun, a lawyer from Beijing Yinghe Law Firm, believes that on the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the source management, strengthen the supervision of the production and sales of special equipment for eavesdropping and eavesdropping, and strengthen the qualification management of manufacturers. Review the sensitive products sold, and urge merchants to register real-name purchase behaviors of consumers, so that the source and destination of related equipment can be traced; , increasing the cost of illegality.

He believes that, compared with the physical and psychological harm to the victims and the high illegal gains, such punishment is difficult to resist the profit impulse of some people.
"In addition to administrative penalties, the infringer can also be required to bear civil liability in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Rights Section and Tort Liability Section of the Civil Code. If the suspect spreads the secretly filmed video on the Internet, the secretly filmed content is in line with our country's laws on obscene articles. If the scope is defined, it may be suspected of constituting the crime of disseminating obscene materials." Hu Yunyun said that the coercive and deterrent power of criminal law should also be exerted against illegal production and sales in the black industry chain.
Xie Shu, an associate professor at the School of Criminal Justice at China University of Political Science and Law, said that if the act of secret photography involves the production, reproduction, publication, sale and dissemination of "profit-making", it may constitute the crime of making, reproducing, publishing, selling and disseminating pornographic materials for profit; The videos or pictures obtained from secret photography, if the circumstances are serious, may constitute the crime of disseminating obscene materials.
Even if it is not "for profit" and does not involve serious dissemination, the act of secretly filming may still constitute the crime of forced indecency, and cases of molesting children have been handled in judicial practice before.
"The reason why some candid photographers are currently punished by administrative detention is mainly due to the high threshold for 'profit-making' or serious dissemination in criminal judicial practice in the past, which requires judicial organs to further pass judicial interpretations and guidance. Cases and typical cases to clarify the applicable standards of the law." Xie Shu said.
Hu Yunyun called on the victims to have the courage to defend their rights and interests with legal weapons after discovering that they have been violated.
