China News Service, Ningbo, July 18 (Reporter Lin Bo) On July 18, according to official news from Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, at about 12:33 on July 17, the Emerald Bay Wharf in the district was suddenly hit by a storm. The 11-level strong winds caused a recreational fishing boat and an approach bridge docked at the dock to be overturned, and 16 people fell into the water.
Up to now, 6 of them have died after resuscitation failed, and another 1 is still in full search and rescue.
