With regard to the complaint submitted to a licensed office that defrauded persons of Arab nationality for an amount of 15,000 dinars, the ministry indicated that persons of Arab nationality submitted a complaint to it that they had dealt with a citizen with whom they had prior knowledge for the purposes of booking tickets to come to the Kingdom, explaining that this citizen had They made an initial reservation of tickets through a licensed tourism office and did not pay the office in the first place, and the amount was transferred from the family under a transfer in the name of the citizen who did not confirm the reservation of tickets, which prevented them from coming to the Kingdom’s lands.
