On July 15, in Gedian Village, Anfengtang Town, Shouxian County, Huainan City, Anhui Province, the Anfengtang-themed rice field painting, "the first pond in the world", was vividly presented in a beautiful field.
Since 2016, Anfengtang Town has developed rural tourism by relying on the World Irrigation Project Heritage and Anfengtang (anciently known as Shaopi), an important agricultural cultural heritage in China, using paddy fields as canvases and seedlings as pigments, and creatively painting by planting different varieties of rice. Drive rural tourism with sightseeing agriculture, increase farmers' income, and help rural revitalization.
