Will the heat wave in Europe redraw the map of our agricultural crops?
In Sicily, in the south of Italy, it is no longer rare for the thermometer to reach 40 degrees in June, an increasingly tropical climate which gave the idea to an entrepreneur to develop the first coffee 100% Italian, from grain to roasting.
This takes place in the province of Palermo, at the Morettino roaster.
The coffee culture launched thirty years ago had so far never borne fruit until this year, paving the way for the first coffee in the northern hemisphere.
