In a heinous crime that shook the Palestinian city of Jenin, a young man in his twenties killed his father, buried him in the garden of the house, and poured a large amount of cement on him in an attempt to hide his heinous crime.



Palestinian Civil Defense crews in Jenin exhumed, at dawn today, Tuesday, the body of the slain father from under the reinforced concrete in the yard of his home in the town of Ajja, south of the city.

The police, who have not yet revealed the motives for the crime, said: "A young man told us that he buried his father's body in the yard of his house and poured cement on the yard, and the security services arrived at the place and started searching for the body."

She explained to a number of local media that the civil defense crews, after digging and searching for two hours, were able to extract the citizen's body from under the reinforced concrete in the yard of his house, and handed over the body to the competent authorities to complete the investigations.

She added, "The citizen, Radhi Rashid Omariya, 46, was killed by his son, Amer, 20, and he buried him in the yard of his house 12 days ago."

Social media activists circulated a picture of the father and son, in addition to a video clip of the work of civil defense crews, following the announcement of the incident, which caused a stir on social media.
