She is beautiful and has strong professional ability. After graduation, she entered Nanjing Lukou International Airport in Jiangsu to work and earn a lot of money.

However, she gave up high-paying white-collar jobs in big cities and returned to her hometown in a remote mountain to start a business. She is Wang Yungui, chairman of Guangxi Dayi Mountain Spring Water Co., Ltd.

Wang Yungui is a "post-90s" Yao girl. She was born in Liuduan Village, Jinxiu Town, Jinxiu County, Laibin City, Guangxi.

In 2009, Wang Yungui was admitted to Guangxi Normal University majoring in e-commerce.

After graduating from Wang Yungui University in 2013, he went to Nanjing Lukou International Airport to work.

"When I saw the application news, I went to apply, but I didn't expect to apply." Wang Yungui said.

Graduated with a major in e-commerce, with good temperament, beautiful appearance, and hard work, Wang Yungui quickly grew into a frequent flyer member on-site manager of the Marketing Department of China Eastern Airlines at Nanjing Lukou International Airport.

Pursue the dream of the metropolis, work hard, and befriend Prince Charming in the ancient capital of Nanjing... For Wang Yungui, this is something to look forward to in the future, but her life ushered in a turning point in 2014.

Wang Yungui, who grew up with his mother and grandmother since childhood, has a deep relationship with his grandmother.

In 2014, when the grandmother who depended on each other passed away, Wang Yungui returned to his hometown for the funeral. After dealing with the funeral with his mother, Wang Yungui found that he had an extraordinary nostalgia for his hometown in his heart.

She hesitated again and again and decided to quit her job at Nanjing Lukou International Airport and return to her hometown to start a business.

"This was not an impulsive decision of mine. After four years of studying in the international tourist city of Guilin, I deeply felt that the tourism resources in my hometown have broad prospects for development. The experience in Nanjing has allowed me to objectively understand my own potential. Only when I go back to my hometown to start a business can I realize the value of my life." Wang Yungui said.

The enthusiastic Wang Yungui encountered setbacks in the early days of his business.

"My relatives and friends didn't understand and laughed at me for being stupid. The 'Golden Phoenix' that flew out came back to the poor mountain nest. Some people poured cold water on me and said how a little girl could have done a big thing. The heavy pressure from all sides made me breathe. But get angry." Wang Yungui said.

But Wang Yungui fought back those who poured cold water with success.

She first co-founded a kindergarten in the village with her relatives and friends, then started e-commerce, live broadcast, opened a travel company, and set up a water factory. After returning home for 8 years, Wang Yungui sold tea, bamboo shoots and bacon from her hometown to the north and south of China.

Wang Yungui said: "My hometown, Liuduan Village, Jinxiu County, was originally a deeply impoverished minority village. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides and is more than 1,300 meters above sea level. If the villagers want to go to the county seat, they have to walk at least five or six hours of mountain roads. "

"I borrowed 50,000 yuan from the bank through a small loan and started an e-commerce business. Through in-depth research and visits to the village, I overcame many difficulties and opened up the sales of my hometown products in one year. The local specialties of mountain goods have become the 'sought-after goods' sought after by the urbanites, and the agricultural and sideline products of the hometown are sold all over the country, and the income of the villagers has doubled several times." Wang Yungui said.

The success of developing e-commerce has made Wang Yungui more firm in his belief in starting a business in his hometown.

In 2018, with the support and help of the local government, Wang Yungui raised funds to establish Guangxi Jinxiu Liuduan Yaozhai Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., which combined with the characteristic culture of the Yao people to develop folk tourism, directly driving more than 570 people from more than 150 households to eat and travel. Fan, the whole village also achieved poverty alleviation that year.

In 2019, Wang Yungui continued to tap local advantageous resources and invested in the establishment of a bottled water production base in Yaomai Mountain Spring. By 2021, the annual sales of the water plant will reach more than 8 million yuan, driving the income of villagers to continue to increase.

"In the process of starting my business, the Guangdong-Guangxi cooperation mechanism has helped me a lot. At present, the company is selling Yaomai mountain spring and other agricultural and sideline products to Maoming, Guangdong through the Guangdong-Guangxi cooperation mechanism. Drive sales." Wang Yungui said that with the help of cadres in Maoming, Guangdong, the company's products are moving towards the high-end market.

"The village industry has developed and the farmers have become rich. It can be said that I am worthy of my youth and my fellow villagers who watched me grow up." In February 2021, Wang Yungui was awarded the title of "National Advanced Individual in Poverty Alleviation".

Returning to her hometown to start a business has not only made her successful, but also gained love.

"My acquaintance with my lover is like a fairy tale. When we young men and women of the Yao nationality fall in love, there is a folk custom of 'climbing the attic'. When traveling, I introduced this folk custom to let tourists participate in the experience. Folklore, he and I met a spark of love." Wang Yungui said.
