Recently, with the fully automatic scrubbing warehouse of Lanzhou Depot of China Railway Lanzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. put into use, the "artifact" that makes the "Hulk" cooler has also appeared.
This car washing "artifact" is a two-way train outer skin washing machine, which consists of 9 parts including automatic identification system, spray system, water supply system, water circulation system, and mechanical washing system.
It can not only clean the "Hulk", but also other types of ordinary speed trains.
The mechanical scrubbing system includes 18 green scrubbing arms on both sides, and the distance between the brushes of each group of scrubbing arms and the outer skin of the cleaning train can be flexibly adjusted.
After each train washing, part of the waste water will be discharged to the "reuse water" storage area, which will be reused after filtration and sedimentation.
It only takes 10 minutes to clean a column of "Hulk", which greatly improves the efficiency of the scrubbing operation and reduces the labor intensity.
