Today, the term "diaspora" is cited fairly regularly in political discourse.
Whether it is to designate a group of individuals by their ethnicity or to promote a political idea: what are we talking about?
Who are they ?
And to go further: what do they represent?
Immigrants or descendants of immigrants still committed to promoting the continent's development or misunderstood, who bears the burden of playing a role here or elsewhere in spite of themselves?
