Faced with inflation, a salary increase of 2.2%.

This is the proposal made by the RATP to the unions.

These were received by the management "to examine together the consequences of inflation for employees and to take immediate measures in favor of purchasing power", specified the management in a press release on Thursday.

At the end of the negotiation, the RATP proposed a general increase in the form of a revaluation of the value of the point of 2.2%, on July 1st.

Added to this is a bonus of 300 euros for salaries below 1.5 SMIC, or 16,500 people, and a bonus of 200 euros for salaries between 1.5 and 2 SMIC, or 17,800 people.

This draft agreement is submitted for signature by the unions until July 13.

1.4% increase in wages at SNCF

These proposals complement a 2.7% increase established as part of the mandatory annual negotiations and the increase in the profit-sharing bonus, in particular.

In total, for the year 2022, the average level of increase in remuneration within the company thus amounts to 5.2%, according to the management of the RATP.

On Wednesday, SNCF employees had obtained a general salary increase of 1.4% and a 4% increase in production-related allowances (night hours, Sundays, holidays, on-calls).
